You wan't an easy and effient way to document all your cost and income of your private life or small business? This app will help you with it's sophisticated user interface where you can save a new entry in seconds.
If you wan't to check, for what you spend your money or what you earned so far this month, you can check either a list of all single items for an month, or by opening an evaluation of all saved cost- and income-elements, grouped by type.
To give all saved elements some structure, you can choose from a predefined range of types.
Special features for easy use
- Choose if the app should start with main menu or with direct with creation of an new item
- While entering an description for a new item, the system will show you a list of former used descriptions and the prior used type. By choosing from list, the former used combination of description-text and type will be used for the new item.
- Limit the shown entries for a month by choosing a single item type.
- While open, you can go from everywhere in the app to creation of an new entry. Like when you check the list of already saved items and notice that you missed to save something.
- Choose a currency, which will be used to show entries and amounts. You can choose one of this currencies (€, $, £, Fr.)
- Alter different options in the option menu.
Additionally you can save all your saved entry to filesystem for backup or to import them on another device. The last is quit usefull if you wan't to document all cost and earnings for your family. Just save all values to filesytem, send the file to another device and import it there. The system will make shure that only entries get imported, that are not allready there (check by amout, description and type).
